Refund Policy

1. Refund Terms

Server hosting services are provided for the paid period accepted by the buyer & seller at the time of purchase in intervals based on a subscription basis (monthly, or as advertised) not including trial periods. Payment for service is extended through the pay period at time of purchase (e.g., if you purchase 1 month of server rental, you will charged and given service for the interval of rental as indicated). Requests for proration are not considered. Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and/or for 3rd party outages (e.g., Discord, Steam Games, etc.).

2. Refund Timeframe

Server rentals come with a 72 hour trial period beginning at time of purchase. If you are not happy with your server rental, feel free open a ticket and we would be happy to refund you in full for the initial purchase amount. Outside of a server rentals first 72 hours, GATZ holds the rights to accept or deny any refund consideration.

3. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated/Reviewed" date. Continued use of Services means you accept the changes.
