GatZ RTX 5070 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The GatZ RTX 5070 Giveaway (the "Giveaway" or "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by GatZ Game Hosting LLC ("Sponsor," "GatZ," "we," "us," or "our"). Sponsor contact: [email protected].

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with NVIDIA Corporation or any third-party platform on which it may be advertised.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway entry period ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) (the "Entry Period"). Only qualifying referral entries and no-purchase entries submitted during the Entry Period are eligible, subject to verification under these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to current GatZ Game Hosting customers who are in good standing at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection, who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, and who have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence as of April 17, 2026.

For purposes of these Official Rules, a "current GatZ Game Hosting customer" means a person or entity with an active GatZ customer account in good standing, as determined by Sponsor's official records.

Employees, owners, officers, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of GatZ Game Hosting LLC are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, non-U.S. countries, and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Eligible current GatZ Game Hosting customers may enter by either of the methods below. Each valid entry, regardless of entry method, will have the same chance of being selected.

A. Referral Entry

During the Entry Period, an eligible current GatZ customer will receive one entry for each successfully completed referral using that customer's valid GatZ server referral code.

A referral is considered successfully completed only if all of the following requirements are met:

• The referred customer is a new GatZ customer.
• The referred customer uses a valid GatZ server referral code during signup, checkout, or another GatZ-approved referral process.
• The referred customer starts a new GatZ game server rental during the Entry Period.
• The referred customer's server rental remains active and paid for at least one full month.
• The rental is not refunded, canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back.
• The referral is not a self-referral, duplicate account, fake account, or other attempt to manipulate the referral system.

B. No-Purchase Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase or completing a referral, an eligible current GatZ customer may email [email protected] during the Entry Period with the subject line "RTX 5070 Giveaway Entry."

The email must include the entrant's full name, GatZ account username or customer identifier, email address associated with the GatZ account, and state or province/country of residence.

A properly submitted no-purchase entry request will count as one entry (limit one entry). No-purchase entries will be treated the same as referral entries for purposes of the drawing. Automated, bulk, incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent no-purchase entry requests may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

5. Entry Limits and Entry Integrity

Each successfully completed referral may generate only one entry for the eligible referring GatZ customer. Each referred customer may be counted only once for purposes of this Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicated, generated through self-referral, or otherwise inconsistent with the intent of this Giveaway.

If multiple GatZ customers claim the same referral, Sponsor's records will determine which, if any, customer receives the entry. Entries are not transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or combined between accounts.

6. Verification of Entries

All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral, rental, customer account, no-purchase entry, or other entry is valid and qualified under these Official Rules.

Entries may be disqualified if they are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, associated with an ineligible customer account, associated with a canceled or refunded rental, connected to a chargeback, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Sponsor's records will be the official records for determining eligibility, entry qualification, referral code use, rental status, payment status, customer status, and entry count.

7. Prize

One winner will receive one NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card, or a substantially similar RTX 5070 model selected by Sponsor based on availability.

Approximate retail value: approximately $600.

The exact brand, manufacturer variant, color, cooler design, specifications, or model of the RTX 5070 is subject to availability and may change at Sponsor's discretion. No cash alternative will be provided unless Sponsor determines otherwise. Prize is non-transferable before award. Only one prize will be awarded.

8. Winner Selection

The Giveaway drawing will take place on or about July 1, 2026.

Before the drawing, each verified eligible entry will be assigned one randomized number. Sponsor will then use a random number generator to select one winning number from all eligible entries.

The participant assigned to the selected number will be the potential winner, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with the winner's GatZ account, referral entry, no-purchase entry, Discord account, or other contact information available to Sponsor.

The potential winner must respond within three calendar days of the notification being sent. If the potential winner does not respond within three calendar days, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, refuses the prize, fails to provide required shipping or verification information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor will then select an alternate winner using the same random number generator process.

10. Prize Fulfillment

After the winner is verified and provides all required shipping information, Sponsor will place the RTX 5070 order within three business days.

The prize will be shipped to the winner using the shipping information provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost packages, customs delays, import fees, taxes, duties, or delivery restrictions.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial, and other taxes, fees, duties, or costs associated with accepting and receiving the prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to complete tax documentation, identity verification, or other required forms before awarding the prize. Failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture.

12. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in Sponsor's sole judgment:

• Violates these Official Rules.
• Uses fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized account information.
• Creates fraudulent referrals or attempts self-referral.
• Cancels, refunds, disputes, or charges back a qualifying rental.
• Attempts to manipulate the entry, referral, or drawing process.
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses GatZ staff, customers, or participants.
• Acts in bad faith or contrary to the purpose of the Giveaway.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, username, Discord name, general location, likeness, and prize information for promotional or announcement purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor may publicly announce the winner after verification.

14. Privacy

Information collected for this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

Sponsor will not sell Giveaway entry information to third parties.

15. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless GatZ Game Hosting LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, shipping, or delivery of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, account issues, referral code errors, internet outages, payment processor issues, server billing errors, lost communications, delayed messages, or other problems outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

16. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, availability issues, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select a winner from among eligible verified entries received before cancellation.

17. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate venue in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

19. Additional Promotional Disclosure

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to current GatZ Game Hosting customers located in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and non-U.S. countries and where prohibited by law. Must be age of majority in state/province of residence as of 04/17/2026 CST. Promotion ends 11:59 PM CST on 06/30/2026. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible referral and no-purchase entries received.
