5. Payments & Billing

Plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis (monthly, or as advertised). All prices are listed in United States Dollar (USD) and may be subject to taxes. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy (if applicable). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for: Illegal activity (including piracy, fraud, or distributing malware). Hosting content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights. Harassment, abuse, or attempts to disrupt our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if you violate these rules.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, and platform are owned by us and protected by law. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or host, but you grant us a license to store and process it for the purpose of delivering the Services. 

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your hosted data may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Giveaway Terms and Conditions

GATZ Game Hosting LLC may from time to time offer promotional giveaways or sweepstakes.
